Why am i feeling so tied lately?

Low Energy/Tired

/core-emotion/low-energy-tired

If you're feeling tired regularly this is often linked to accumulated physical, mental or emotional load rather than a single cause. Even with adequate sleep, ongoing stress, disrupted routines, or prolonged mental effort can reduce available energy, making tiredness feel persistent and harder to shake.

This kind of fatigue is common when recovery hasn't fully matched demand. Work patterns, constant decision-making, background worry, or irregular rest can quietly drain energy over time. The result is tiredness that feels flat or heavy, rather than the clear sleepiness that resolves with rest.

When tiredness lingers, it’s often a sign that the system needs steadier regulation, fewer demands, or more consistent recovery cues—rather than simply pushing harder or resting longer.

Things to try

  • For one afternoon, note how your energy changes after routine tasks (emails, errands, conversations), checking at the end of the day whether tiredness increases sharply after mental effort rather than physical activity.

  • Over two short listening periods (2 minutes each), compare silence versus low, steady background sound, noticing which one leaves you feeling less drained immediately afterward. I've addede two distinct tracks below for you try this with.

  • On any given day, track whether your energy dips at the same times, checking if the pattern repeats, which can signal cumulative load rather than random tiredness.

You might read one and pause with it, return to it while listening to the music (above), or just let the words pass through your awareness. Use them in whatever way feels supportive, without pressure or expectation.
