What's covered
This licence applies across all license versions which includes Mishi's royalty-free music, written materials such as eBooks, worksheets, and guides, and digital content such as guided meditations, courses, and other audio or downloadable content.
Agreement To Terms
By accessing or using any part of the Site or App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Site or App and use any of our Services.
Privacy Policy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use and disclose information from our users. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Changes To Our Terms Or Services
We may modify these terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we do so, we’ll let you know either by posting the modified terms on the website or through other communications, where possible. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes, because if you continue to use the services after we have posted modified terms, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound them. If you don’t agree to be bound by the modified terms, then you must desist from using the service.
Modifications to Services
As our products and services are evolving over time we may change or discontinue all or any part of them, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, change, suspension or discontinuance.
Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are 12 years or older and are not barred for any reason under applicable law. To make a purchase, you must be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract.
Ownership
All music, written materials, and digital content available from Mishi are owned by Mishi, even though they're offered on a royalty-free basis. Buying a licence gives you permission to use the content under these terms. It doesn't transfer ownership, copyright, or any other rights to you.
This also covers Mishi's name, logo, and branding. You're welcome to mention Mishi as the source of something you've used, but you can't use Mishi's name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or that the content is your own.
You also can't register any Mishi track with a rights management or sync licensing service, such as Content ID, ACRCloud, or a performing rights organisation, even if you've used it as part of a larger project. Those registrations are for Mishi to manage, not for licence holders.
User registration/sign-up
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that usage has been deemed inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Protecting this content
Please take reasonable care to stop the files being copied, shared, or distributed beyond what's covered by this licence, for example by keeping downloaded files to yourself rather than uploading them somewhere publicly accessible.
If content is used outside the terms of this licence, Mishi may withdraw the licence and, where necessary, take further action.
Disclaimer
Mishi's content is provided as-is. We take care in how it's made, but we don't guarantee it will be free of defects, or that it will suit every use or every listener.
Medical and wellness disclaimer
Mishi's music and content are designed to support relaxation, meditation, and general wellbeing. They are NOT medical advice, and they are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Mishi isn't a healthcare provider.
If you have any illness, injury, or physical condition, including if you're pregnant, please speak to your doctor or another qualified healthcare provider before using this content, and continue to follow their advice alongside it.
If you have an existing mental health condition, please speak to your healthcare provider before engaging with our content. In rare cases, an intensive meditation practice has been associated with a worsening of certain conditions, such as anxiety or depression, in people who already experience them. If you notice this happening, stop and speak to a healthcare provider.
Mishi's content isn't intended to cure, treat, or manage any medical condition, chronic or otherwise, including but not limited to migraines, heart conditions, high blood pressure, or diabetes. If you're using it for a specific health goal and don't see the results you were hoping for, please seek advice from a qualified professional rather than relying on this content alone.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mishi isn't liable for how you or anyone else uses this content, or for any loss, cost, or damage that comes from that use, including indirect or knock-on losses. Nothing here limits any liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for how you use Mishi's content, and for making sure that use stays within this licence. If your use of the content outside these terms causes a problem for Mishi, for example a claim from someone else, you're responsible for sorting that out, not Mishi.
How long this licence lasts
Once purchased, this licence doesn't expire and never needs renewing.
Refunds
These are digital files, delivered instantly on purchase. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. Please listen to the music before you purchase. All music is available to hear, typically as shorter versions of the final download, - but some may require you to create a free account to listen.
Types of License
Currently there are two license types available. 1 for Personal Use only, 2 for Commercial Use as a sole use.

The license below is for specific use as:
Commercial (Single)
Who this licence is for
The Commercial (Single) licence covers one individual practitioner or business owner, using the content in their own practice or business. It covers you and your work. It doesn't extend to other practitioners, or a wider team.
If you run a practice with more than one practitioner, or more than one location, you'll need a Commercial Use (Multi) licence instead. See ‘Upgrading’ below.
What you can do
Use the content as background music or supporting material during paid sessions, classes, or programs you run, for example a yoga class, a therapy session, or a guided meditation course.
Use it in your own videos, podcasts, and social media for your practice or business, including monetised content on platforms such as YouTube or Instagram.
Include it in courses, programs, or digital products you sell, provided the content supports a larger piece of work you've built rather than being sold on its own.
Share written or digital content, such as worksheets, guides, or PDFs, with your own clients or students as part of a service you provide.
Edit or adapt the content for these purposes, for example trimming a track or combining it with your own voice-over.
What you can't do
Use the content across more than one practitioner or more than one business location. That require a Commercial Use (Multi) licence.
Claim the content as your own, or register it under your own copyright.
Resell, relicense, or redistribute the files themselves, or written or digital content such as eBooks, worksheets, or course materials, whether as-is or modified. You can use these as part of your service, but not sell or give them away as standalone products.
Upload the music as standalone audio to streaming services such as Spotify, Apple Music, or Insight Timer, or to other music distribution platforms.
Submit or register the track yourself with a music recognition or rights management service, such as Content ID, ACRCloud, or Shazam's matching system. This is about you actively registering the track, not about a video you've uploaded being scanned automatically, see ‘If your video gets a copyright claim’ below.
Use the content to train AI models, or in NFTs or blockchain-related products, without written permission from Mishi.
Pass on or sublicense your rights under this licence to anyone else, including other practitioners at your business.
Credit
Where possible, please provide a credit back to Mishi. As a rough guide:
Videos, such as YouTube: a line in the description, for example "[Track Title], music by Mishi (getmishi.com)".
Podcasts: a similar line in your show notes.
Courses, apps, or digital products: a credit on a resources or credits page, for example "Music by Mishi (getmishi.com)".
Printed or downloadable materials: a credit line on a credits page or footer works well.
If there's genuinely nowhere practical to include a credit, for example background music during an in-person session, that's fine too.
Upgrading
If you need to cover more than one practitioner or location, for example if your team grows or you open a second location, you can upgrade to a Commercial Use (Multi) licence. Get in touch at info@getmishi.com to arrange this.
